Refund policy

Unopened inventory may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Opened or used inventory may be eligible for return or partial refund at Retrocycle’s discretion. Due to the nature of reusable food and beverage serviceware, all opened returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return, please contact Retrocycle at hello@retrocycle.org to coordinate next steps prior to shipping any items back.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
